Painting: The Mini Mental Vacation You Didn't Know You Needed

Ever wish you could hit pause on life for just a couple of hours?
No laundry. No emails. No grocery lists and figuring out what's for dinner (again!) Just a canvas, a paintbrush, and a rainbow of colors calling your name. (And maybe a drink or two. I don't judge!)
That's what painting with me is like-- not just an art class. It's a mini vacation for your brain.
It's like therapy... but with refreshments and better lighting.
Over the years, I've had many painters tell me, "This is my therapy." And "I feel so relaxed! I needed this!" I get it! When I paint, I feel my thoughts, worries, and stress just disappear-- a lot like exercising. But instead of sweating, I'm swirling turquoise and gold together and thinking-- "I may have just invented a new color!"
For those couple of magical hours, your brain gets to:
Wonder, "What will happen if I mix in a little magenta with this?"
Zone out to the lovely, scratchy sound of a brush on canvas.
Feel proud when something turns out how you want it.
So... are you ready for a brain break?
Come paint, play, and give your brain the little vacation it deserves.
